Ugly Old Truth

A man had left his wife, family and home to seek out Truth.

At last found her: she was a very old woman, incredibly ugly.

But she was very kind and very wise, taught him all she knew.

As he was leaving her to return to the world, he asked if there were soemthing she would like him to tell people about his encounter with Truth.

“Yes,” she cackled. “Tell them I am young and beautiful.”
