Unlike the other recordings, this one is not professionally produced, it is not for sale, nor is it intended for the public.

Rather, it is for people interested in inviting me for a performance but who have not seen me live.
They know, as we all know, that it is easy to make any filmed performance look good by cutting out the weaker parts.

The CD-ROM is solely for prospective organisers.
